Our M&A lawyers, led by advocate Ergo Blumfeldt, in cooperation with Matsuo & Kosugi, the Japanese member firm of the State Capital Group, have advised Estonia’s leading alcohol producer AS Liviko with regard to its acquisition of a 50% stake and creation of a joint company in Japan. AS Liviko’s investment is known as the first larger Estonian acquisition of a shareholding in a Japanese company.
