Approval of reorganisation plan of the Estonian largest biodiesel producer
Our lawyers advised the leading Estonian biodiesel producer - AS Biodiesel Paldiski in connection with its debt reorganisation proceedings, preparation of the reorganisation plan and related judicial proceedings, as a result of which the reorganisation plan of the company was approved and effected by court. The total amount of claims transformed by the plan was 290 million kroons, making it one of the largest judicial debt restructuring in Estonia so far.
