Karmen Turk is a lawyer, who specialises in intellectual property, media and consumer matters, as well as in contract law and European Union trade law. Karmen also handles clients everyday legal issues.
Karmen joined Tamme & Otsmann in 2009. Her previous professional experience derives mainly from the public sector (Estonian Public Broadcasting) as well as from advising numerous private companies as a legal counsel.
Karmen graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu in 2004. Her Magister Iuris program was mostly completed in the University of Helsinki in Finland. During her master’s studies Karmen successfully participated in the international moot court competition on WTO law.
Karmen’s interests off-work include snowboarding, diving and photographing. Her native language is Estonian and she is fluent in English, she can also communicate in Russian and French.
