Tõnis Tamme is an advocate-at-law who practices commercial law with an emphasis on contractual and corporate matters. Joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, alongside project finance are his key areas of practice.

Prior to establishing this firm, Mr Tamme led the commercial law team at an Estonian firm Teder & Rask. He graduated from the legal faculty of the University of Tartu in 1994 and in 1995 participated in the LLM and practice placement program at the University of London, Queen Mary and Westfield College and in Essex Court Chambers.

Advocate Tamme is a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 1994, and an appointed member of the Legal Ethics Committee of the Bar since 2001.

Alongside his daily duties Tõnis enjoys motorcycling, down-hill skiing and sailing.

Tõnis is fluent in Estonian and English and also speaks Russian and Finnish.
